Artist's Statement
Living in an era that is characterized by disposable objects has compelled me to create pieces that are more than ephemeral trinkets to be acquired and quickly forgotten. I want everything I create to someday reach the status of ‘heirloom’.
My goal is to combine materials that have a high level of permanence with quality craftsmanship and classic design to create lasting objects to be cherished and admired for generations to come.
Kristyn Cooper
