2 Part Scarecrow Making Workshop!
Part 1: September 6, 2012 6:30 -8am
Part 2: September 13, 2012 6:30 -8am Andrew & Laura McCain Art Gallery
In preparation for the annual scarecrow auction--part of the 7th annual Buttermilk Creek Fall Festival!

The annual scarecrow auction is one of the most popular fundraisers for the ALMAG -- Partly because it's a great way to get creative and embrace the fall season in the River Valley, and largely because the proceeds from the auction go to supporting the ever-expanding arts programming that ALMAG is offering to the community and its members!

If you would like to get involved with the Fall fun and you'd like to create and donate a scarecrow to the auction, join us for this 2 part workshop where the first session will involve making a papier mache head and the second session involves building the body, assembling and decorating your scarecrow masterpiece!

If you're already a master scarecrow builder and would like to donate a scarecrow to the auction but don't feel the workshop is necessary, by all means, give us a shout!
